Since releasing her first EP “Finding the Words” in 2009, Karen has spent years developing her craft, and honing her skills as a young songwriter. For Karen the balancing act is key, and she aims to write music that is refreshingly lighthearted while still possessing an underlying depth of emotion some may overlook at first listen.

Most recently, she’s been nominated for a Jack Richardson London Music Award for best contemporary singer/songwriter and she’s had the privilege of opening for Chase Rice at the London Music Hall. She’s currently in production of her brand new album (The Right Mistakes), which features contributions from some of Ontario’s best independent musicians, including Juno nominee Emm Gryner.
